What you'll do (Design&Development)

  • Mentor /provide support to less-experiencedPartners
  • Support / may lead infrastructurearchitecture and design; identify/scope/architect/implementsolutions; suggest solutions
  • Mayengage/collaborate with external technical teams to ensure timely,high-quality solutions; may engage with shared services teams andvendors
  • Assist in research and fact-finding tomodify or enhance systems andapplications
  • Independently configure,enhance/update, maintain, test, and debug building automationsystems/integrations
  • Provide accurate workestimations; meet delivery expectations with tight timewindows
  • Help create technicaldocumentation/training for system enhancements and testscenarios
  • Assist with test planning, test casedevelopment, and testing
  • Assist withimplementation, end-to-end system integration, stabilization, andproduction support transition
  • Supportimplementation of proactive automated system monitoring andalerting solutions; identify engineering tools that facilitatesystems management
  • Stay available to providesupport during escalation of incidents
  • Assistwith documentation and closure of follow-up action items fromsignificant incidents and recurringincidents
  • May assist with technical designreviews
  • Support implementation of small tomedium integrations of building automationsystems
  • You should attend all designdevelopment meetings andwalk-throughs

Who YouAre

  • You have a relateddegree or comparable training, certification, or workexperience
  • You have 2+ years of experienceconfiguring, enhancing, and maintaining buildingautomation/integration systems
  • You haveexperience as a systems integrator
  • Youunderstand the developmentlifecycle/processes
  • You have analytical,problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Youhave an ownership mentality
  • You have highlycollaborative and interpersonal skills
  • You haveexperience with construction/building automation documentation(Blueprints, mechanicals, specifications,etc.)
  • You are able to travel forwork
  • You can manage and maintain relationshipswith partners, architects, vendors, business and designteams
  • You have an understanding of protocolssuch as BACnet, Modbus, Networking,etc.
  • Controls and Automation systems experiencepreferred
