Key Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance Monitor and enforce adherence to UAE regulations issued by RTA, MOHAP/DHA, PDPL, and Federal Law No. 29. Maintain compliance checklists, logs, and audit records for relevant departments. Coordinate licensing renewals, inspections, audits, and reporting with authorities. Track safety incidents, analyze trends, and ensure corrective actions. Field Safety Monitoring Conduct regular audits, surprise inspections, and reviews. Observe driver and care companion performance related to safety and service delivery. Ensure equipment meets standards and is used properly. Investigate incidents, accidents, and complaints. Internal Policies & Training Enforcement Ensure staff complete mandatory certifications like CPR, PASS, Securement, etc. Align onboarding and training with legal requirements and best practices. Support policy updates and safety alerts dissemination. Trust & Risk Mitigation Champion privacy, anti-discrimination, and duty-of-care policies. Handle escalated compliance issues and complaints. Maintain incident logs and lead safety reviews. Collaborate with QA, HR, Legal, and Operations teams for risk management. Qualifications Minimum 5–7 years in compliance, safety oversight, or risk management, preferably in transport, healthcare, or social services. Knowledge of UAE labor law, PDPL, RTA regulations, MOHAP/DHA protocols. Experience in audits, investigations, and reporting. Bachelor’s in Law, Healthcare Administration, Safety Management, or related; certifications a plus. Excellent English communication; Arabic preferred. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
