  • Collaborate with thedesign team to conceptualise and develop ideas for glass/crystaland metal sculptures considering clients preferences specificationsand projectrequirements.
  • Utilize avariety of techniques and materials including glassblowing castingwelding and metal fabrication to create sculptures that showcasecreativity craftsmanship and attention todetail.
  • Work with precision andaccuracy to sculpt shape and assemble glass/crystal and metalcomponents into cohesive and aesthetically pleasingartworks.
  • Adhere to safety protocolsand best practices when working with glass metals and othermaterials ensuring a safe and secure working environment foryourself and others.
  • Maintain a highlevel of quality control throughout the production processinspecting finished pieces for flaws imperfections and adherence todesign specifications.
  • Collaboratewith artisans and craftsmen to refine techniques troubleshootchallenges and optimize production workflows for efficiency andconsistency.
  • Stay updated onemerging trends techniques and technologies in sculpture andartistry incorporating new ideas and innovations into yourwork.
  • Communicate effectively withclients project managers and other team members to provide updateson project progress address concerns and ensure clientsatisfaction.
  • Assist with theinstallation display and presentation of sculptures at client sitesevents exhibitions and galleries asneeded.
  • Maintain a clean andorganized workspace including tools equipment and materials tofacilitate a productive and creative workenvironment.


Requirements
  • Provenexperience as a Sculpture Artist specializing in glass/crystal andmetal works with a portfolio showcasing your artistic skillscreativity andcraftsmanship.
  • Proficiencyin a variety of sculpture techniques including glassblowing glasscasting metal casting welding forging andfabrication.
  • Strongunderstanding of design principles aesthetics and composition withthe ability to interpret client concepts and translate them intovisually strikingartworks.
  • Excellentmanual dexterity and handeye coordination with the ability to workwith precision and attention todetail.
  • Knowledgeof safety protocols and best practices for working with glassmetals and related materials ensuring a safe and secure workingenvironment.
  • Effectivecommunication skills both verbal and visual to collaborate withteam members clients and stakeholders throughout the design andproductionprocess.
  • Abilityto work independently and as part of a team managing multipleprojects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Flexibilityto adapt to changing priorities project requirements and clientpreferences while maintaining a high level of quality andprofessionalism.
  • Abachelors degree or equivalent education/training in fine artssculpture or a related field is preferred but notrequired.
  • Passionfor art creativity and craftsmanship with a dedication to producingexceptional works of art that inspire and captivateaudiences.



Proven experience as a Sculpture Artist specializing inglass/crystal and metal works, with a portfolio showcasing yourartistic skills, creativity, and craftsmanship. Proficiency in avariety of sculpture techniques, including glass-blowing, glasscasting, metal casting, welding, forging, and fabrication. Strongunderstanding of design principles, aesthetics, and composition,with the ability to interpret client concepts and translate theminto visually striking artworks. Excellent manual dexterity andhand-eye coordination, with the ability to work with precision andattention to detail. Knowledge of safety protocols and bestpractices for working with glass, metals, and related materials,ensuring a safe and secure working environment. Effectivecommunication skills, both verbal and visual, to collaborate withteam members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the design andproduction process. Ability to work independently and as part of ateam, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meetingdeadlines in a fast-paced environment.
