We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Specialist to join our team to support the transition of data from SAP to Oracle Fusion. The role will be critical in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance throughout the migration process. You will work closely with the Data Migration Lead, supporting various stages of data migration, including data mapping, transformation, testing, and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute data migration activities and ensure seamless data transfer between SAP and Oracle Fusion.
  • Assist in creating data mapping documents, defining relationships between SAP and Oracle Fusion data fields, and designing data transformation rules.
  • Participate in the planning, testing, and validation of data migration, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data migration activities, including mapping documents, test results, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders to ensure smooth migration processes.
  • Proven experience in supporting data migration projects, particularly from SAP to Oracle Fusion.
  • Technical proficiency with data migration tools and technologies, including ETL processes, data mapping, and data quality assurance.
  • Solid understanding of data structures and business processes within SAP and Oracle Fusion.
  • Experience in testing and validation of data migration within ERP environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Background in ERP transition projects, particularly in large-scale migrations.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion data integration capabilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in the data migration process.
