We re-sell those products to endusers, other OEM’s, distributers, resellers and brokersworldwide.

PositionSummary: The OperationsSupervisor supervises all shift employees, complies with allsafety, quality, quantity, and housekeeping standards, analyzescustomer needs and produces weekly and monthly shipping schedule;as well as Company goals and CNE initiatives. Under generaldirection has responsibility for ensuring that operationsrequirements are met, appropriate staffing levels are maintained,employee relations are good, and a safe/clean work environment ismaintained. Plans, directs, coordinates and controls operationsactivities in assigned work area to achieve established managementgoals.
EssentialDuties and Responsibilities willinclude but not be limitedto:
  • Overseesand assigns all Operators and Leads dailyresponsibilities.
  • Achieveoperational objectives by implementing strategic plans, identifyingand resolving problems, measuring and auditing quality standards,and identifying trends.
  • Accomplishdepartment objectives by communicating job expectations; planning,monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, counseling,disciplining full time/temporary employees; and initiating,coordinating and enforcing systems, policies andprocedures.
  • DemonstratesCNE Core Values in day to dayactivities.
  • Providedaily manpower/machine requirements for each area to supportschedule.
  • Establishdaily priorities and review with teammembers.
  • Monitorand document manpower and equipment levels for future schedulecoverage and document methods to alleviatebottlenecks.
  • Monitorand document daily attendance, tardiness, efficiencyetc.
  • Reviewtardiness/attendance daily and resolve all chronicissues.
  • Develop/implementcross training plan for eacharea.
  • Review/documentcross training progressmonthly.
  • Requestadditional manpower/equipment, fixtures, tools etc. to meetproductionrequirements
  • Conductsfair and consistent quarterly and annual employee performanceappraisals through the CNE Performance AppraisalProcess.
  • Addressperformance, behavior or conduct issues utilizing the progressivedisciplinary action process and provide proper follow updocumentation toHR.
  • Accountablefor continuous improvement of accuracy of inventory counts byimplementing and managing an inventory control system, identifyingdiscrepancies in inventory counts and taking corrective actions toguard against futureinconsistencies.
  • Maintainand improve operational systems by determining product handling andstorage requirements, maintaining and evaluating policies andprocedures for shipping, and receiving product, and maximizingequipment/manpowerutilization
  • Responsiblefor all safety and security training of the assigned operationsstaff.
  • Initiateproblem solving and conduct root causeanalysis.
  • Create,document, and maintain work-flow models for various warehouselocations.
  • Fieldproduct and process questions from all teams and coordinateinteraction with necessarydepartments.
  • Overseedocumentation and maintenance of rework policies andprocedures.
  • Upholdall ISO, OSHA and R2 standards applicable to the responsibilitiesabove.
  • Assumesdaily responsibilities of Operator and Lead roles asneeded.
  • Providesbackup and support to all staff as needed to ensure operationalexcellence.
  • Performother project management functions as assigned byManagement.
Qualificationsand Work Experience: Yourbackground and qualifications can be varied, but most important isthat you have a drive that exceeds the average and you seek to makeadifference.
  • Minimum3 years of experience in a similarrole.
  • Abilityto handle confidentialcommunication.
  • Openand honestcommunication.
  • Excellentplanning skills and ability tomultitask.
  • Developedand demonstrated ability to track and complete tasks and meetdeadlines.
  • Anability to work under pressure and withindeadline
  • Motivatedby working in a constantly changingenvironment.
  • Strongskills in MSOffice.
  • StrongCommunication Skills - both oral andwritten.
AbilitiesRequired:
  • Mustmeet the physical requirements including, but not limited tolifting, walking, standing, sitting, climbingstairs.
  • Mustbe capable of being trained to operate a forklift and payloader.
  • Mustbe able to lift 55-poundboxes
  • Mustbe able to work in an environment with dust exposure andfluctuatingtemperatures.
  • Mustbe able to wear required ESD clothing and accessories if/whenapplicable.
  • Musthave good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Abilityto build collaborative relationships with employees at all levelsof theorganization.
  • Stronginterpersonalskills.
  • Abilityto multi-task in a fast-passedenvironment
  • Intermediateknowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel,etc.)
