ExperienceRequirements:

  • Workingknowledge and experience with IT Service Management capabilitiesand best practices especially in the areas of IT Policy andProcedures, preferred experience in documenting IT Securitypolicies and Procedures or IT AuditingSector.
  • Knowledgeand experience using SharePoint. Possess strong oral and writtencommunication skills.
  • Leveragestechnology to document deliverables and track work assignments.

EssentialRequirements:US Citizenship is required.


PhysicalDemands:The physical demands described here are representative of thosethat must be met by an employee to successfully perform theessential functions of this job with or without reasonableaccommodation. While performing the duties of this job, theemployee will regularly sit, walk, stand and climb stairs andsteps. May require walking long distance from parking to workstation. Occasionally, movement that requires twisting at the neckand/or trunk more than the average person, squatting/stooping/kneeling, reaching above the head, and forward motion willbe required. The employee will continuously be required to repeatthe same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and fingerdexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilitiesrequired by this job include close, distance, depth perception andtelling differences among colors. The employee must be able tocommunicate through speech with clients and public. Hearingrequirements include conversation in both quiet and noisyenvironments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist toshoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. Thisposition demands tolerance for various levels of mentalstress


Responsibilities:

  • Assistwith technical writing assignments to include, but not limited to:
  • Policies,processes, and procedures
  • Supportto revamp our Technical Operations Guide
  • AgileTransformation Program documentation support
  • Developingand proofing training and presentation documentation foroperational processes and projects
  • Projectrequirements and quality assurance documentation support, asassigned
  • DocumentationManagement/Recordsmanagement
  • Supportthe development of a central documentation portal, assist withdocument management plan/processes to meet Board s recordmanagement standards/policies
  • Supportwith branding and marketing communications for our branch
  • TheTechnical Writer shall deliver, but not limited to, thefollowing:
  • Documententerprise policies, including the charter, processes, governance,and supportingprocedures.
  • Provideadvisory support to determine the most appropriate method(s) ofdocumenting to achieve ease of use by users in ourenvironment.
  • Documentthe Governance Risk Compliance and Policy team processes andfacilitate meetings, asdirected.
  • Developnew version of the TS Ops Guide, so that it is easily maintainedand updates can be improved methods of findinginformation.
  • Createsand updates new and existing system processes and procedures forinclusion, asdirected.
  • Updatenew and existing documentation as required based on feedback tomeet compliancerequirements.
