Lookingfor an ambitious, passionate and creative-minded Engineer MLOps, tosupport the development of MLOps at Inception, driving and enablingautomated machine learning model deployments and managing the fulllifecycle of our ML projects.

To play a key supporting role inshaping the overall MLOps strategy & capabilities atInception.

Inception is the UAE’snational-scale enabler in AI Research and Development. Partneringwith Microsoft's AI SaaS, we offer domain-specific AgenticAI Orchestrator platforms utilizing reasoning agents for preciseand cost-effective services. Our focus includes AI incubation, IPcreation, applied AI R&D, and AI investment products. Bycreating models tailored to specific domains and languages, weensure superior accuracy and efficiency. Collaborating with topuniversities and industry giants to drive significant advancementsin AI technology within theregion.

Responsibilities

Reportingto the Lead Engineer - MLOps you will be responsible for buildingthe foundation of our MLOps capabilities, working closely with DataScientists, Data Engineers and multiple Technology Servicedepartments to manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle includingautomation of machine learning workflows, code deployments,testing, and data validation processes.

Thecandidate should be well-versed in using tools like Jenkins, GitLabCI, Azure DevOps, or equivalent, and should be able to integratethese tools with machine learning platforms and datarepositories.

The measurement ofyour success will be based on cost savings, the impact of MLOps onbusiness revenue, the number of projects successfully completed,improvements made to existing solutions and processes, and customerNet Promoter Score (NPS).

To qualify for therole you must have

• Minimumof 3 years experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CDpipelines, preferably in a machine learningcontext.
• Strong understanding ofcontainerization and orchestration tools such as Docker andKubernetes.
• Familiarity with machine learningframeworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, orScikit-learn.
• Proficient in scripting languagessuch as Python, Bash, or Shell for automationtasks.
  
  

Ideally, you’ll alsohave

• ML Training datalifecycle.
• Data storage and management engines:NoSQL databases; Search engines e.g. Elasticsearch, SQL databases;Timeseries databases.
• Knowledge of distributedcomputer systems and web softwaredevelopment
