Armedwith their extensive experience in Finance solutions and SAP ERP,the ERP Finance lead architect will beresponsible for leading a team of solution architects, as well astaking accountability for Solution Design across the followingareas

  • Accountto Report
  • Customer Invoicing tocash

Theirpurpose is to provide our Consumer Healthcare Business with themost fit and easy to use solutions to operate their processes in anefficient and sustainable way.
Mainresponsibilities

  • Leadfunctional and technical architecture analysis, research, design,and development of functionalities, including integration with keyapplications, in an SAPecosystem
  • Lead architecture designreviews, the product roadmap and product strategy definition intheir area
  • Develop a deepunderstanding of Sanofi business processes and strategy throughcollaboration and regular engagement with key stakeholders andprocess owners
  • Critically evaluateinformation gathered from multiple sources, break high-levelrequirements into details, and distinguish user requests fromunderlying needs, translating these into documented architecturesolutions
  • Document systems andprocess requirements through meetings, workshops, site visits, andjob shadowing
  • Guide the developmentteam to develop, configure and implement the solution as per theproduct development standards to meet businessrequirements
  • Support developmentteam with resolution of blocking issues and interdependencies andprovide them architecture and designguidance
  • Collaborate with otherarchitects and business analysts to ensure end-to-end processintegration and consistency, ensuring coverage of operational,statutory, and legalrequirements
  • Business continuitycomes first: in the event of a crippling incident stopping businessoperations, able to manage the resolution as highest level ofsupport within the company in theirfield.

Requirements
  • 10+years doing ERP delivery in a business-oriented context, preferablyin an FMCG global company
  • Extensiveexperience in implementing and maintaining SAP FI, CO, PS, FSCM andTR Modules
  • Defined strategy for acompany in at least one of the aboveareas
  • Significant team managementexperience, able to provide supervision, guidance and coaching tomore junior employees working in the samefield
  • Executive-level communicationand engagement skills, both written andverbal
  • Strong configurationexperience, ability to determine when to use configuration vs codeas well as advanced troubleshootingskills
  • Ability to translatefunctional specifications into technical design documents, provideefforts and cost estimates, and manage delivery the desiredfunctionality
  • Maintain high level ofquality while working on complex problems under pressure anddeadlines
  • Project managementexperience, continuous improvement skills andmindset
  • Experience withmulti-geography, multi-tier service design andmanagement
  • Deep understanding ofApplication and technologyArchitecture
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is important
  • Knowledge of agileways of working is a plus
  • Knowledgeof current ERP software trends in their area ofexpertise
