Role Summary:

The FreelanceUAE Specialist would be the first point of contact for all incoming leads, facilitating the lead conversion, application assistance & licensing process for the FreelanceUAE product, serving as the key point of contact for clients.

Please note that this role is a Contract hire at DMCC.

Given our current needs, we require a fluent English & Russian speaker for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Actively action and nurture all leads interested in FreelanceUAE.
2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns about the product.
3. Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all required information and documents are submitted accurately and timely.
4. Verify and assess applications for completeness and compliance with DMCC requirements.
5. Liaise with internal stakeholders i.e. Compliance, Security & the Registration & Licensing team, to manage approvals.
6. Coordinate with relevant teams to facilitate the visa application process for applicants.
7. Assist clients with understanding visa requirements, timelines, and next steps.
8. Provide ongoing guidance and support to FreelanceUAE members.
9. Act as a trusted resource for freelancers within the DMCC community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably business/management.
• At least 3-5 years' experience in a sales or client facing role in the U.A.E.
• Excellent customer service skills and lead generation/conversion.
• Confident personality coupled with strong influence and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English and Russian speaking - mandatory for this role. Additional languages a plus.
• Good knowledge of working with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Market understanding - knowledge of DMCC Free Zone's unique selling points, and the local market.
