  • Collaborate with senior leadershipand HR to communicate corporate policies, changes, and initiativeseffectively, ensuring clarity and alignment across theorganization. This includes partnering closely with HR to developand promote the Employer Value Proposition, reinforcing ourcommitment to employee development, engagement, and satisfaction,through personalized messaging that resonates with various employeepersonas.
  • Lead crisis communication efforts,providing clear and concise communication during critical times tomaintain trust and transparency with employees. Apply persona-basedcommunication techniques to address the specific concerns andquestions of different employee groups, ensuring all voices areheard and acknowledged.
  • Measure the impact ofinternal communication strategies through feedback and engagementmetrics, and adjust plans as necessary to improve effectiveness,with a focus on how well persona-based communications are meetingthe needs of the diverse employeepopulation.
  • Mentor and manage the internalcommunications community, fostering a culture of excellence,innovation, and continuous improvement, with an emphasis ondeveloping skills in persona-based communication to better connectwith and engage our diverse workforce.
  • Stayahead of industry trends and best practices in internalcommunications and adopt innovative tools and approaches to enhanceinternal communication efforts, including advanced persona-basedcommunication strategies to ensure our messaging is as effectiveand impactful as possible.

  • Proven track record of developing andimplementing successful internal communications strategies thathave significantly improved employee engagement and corporateculture.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, andverbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complexinformation in a clear, concise, and engagingmanner.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonalskills, with the ability to influence senior management and workeffectively across all levels of theorganization.
  • Excellent organizational andproject management skills, with the ability to manage multiplepriorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Communications, Human Resources,Journalism, Business Administration, or relatedfield.
