In addition to our title, World War Armies, we are developing exciting new projects across different genres. We are currently looking for a Game Designer to join our team and help us push the boundaries.
As a Game Designer at Hypemasters, you'll shape and build core game systems and mechanics. Working side by side with top designers, artists, and programmers, you'll craft unforgettable game experiences. This hands-on role demands a blend of creativity, technical skill, and a deep grasp of game design principles, covering everything from player engagement to pacing and balance.
Responsibilities:- Design and develop new game mechanics, systems, and features
- Create detailed game design documents and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, engineers, and producers, to ensure the successful delivery of game features
- Test and iterate on existing features to improve the game KPIs
- Conduct research and analyse player behaviour to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs
- Develop product roadmaps and feature prioritisation plans
- Conduct usability testing and user research to gather feedback and iterate on designs
- 5 years + of experience in game design or product design within the mobile gaming industry
- Strong understanding of game design principles and mechanics
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with game design tools, product design tools, and Unity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
