Responsibilities:- Automotive experience .
- Skilled in Excel for generating detailed reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar CRM platforms.
- Manage customer satisfaction surveys and address complaints efficiently.
- Oversee the leads process, ensuring timely follow-ups by coordinating with the CRM and sales teams.
- Prepare and submit weekly leads reports to track performance.
- Enhance the delivery experience for customers, ensuring high satisfaction during handovers.
- Coordinate marketing demo logistics and delivery preparation for campaigns.
- Create and process LPOs accurately and efficiently.
- Work with third-party suppliers to support marketing and operational tasks.
- Creative, ambitious, and willing to learn , bringing innovative ideas to improve the customer experience.
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred for better customer and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
- Support marketing efforts and assist in enhancing customer handover experiences.
- Proactive in streamlining operations and ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
