Key Responsibilities
  1. Investor Relations & Business Development
  • Identify and onboard investors (angel investors, VCs, family offices, PE firms).
  • Develop relationships with high-growth startups, SMEs, and businesses seeking funding.
  • Manage LinkedIn outreach, investor calls, and networking events.
  • Assist in organizing investment roadshows, pitch events, and investor meetings.
Business Vetting & Due Diligence
  • Evaluate business plans, financials, and investment readiness.
  • Conduct basic due diligence & risk assessment for investment opportunities.
  • Work with the legal team to prepare term sheets, NDAs, and investor agreements.
Investment Deal Structuring
  • Support in structuring deals, including equity, debt, convertible notes, and hybrid financing models.
  • Assist businesses in fundraising strategy, valuation, and investor negotiations.
  • Track funding rounds and maintain a deal flow pipeline.
CRM & Reporting
  • Manage investor and business relationships using CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho).
  • Create investment reports, market research, and portfolio updates for investors.
  • Provide insights into funding trends and investor sentiment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 5-8 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, private equity, or financial consulting.
  • Experience in fundraising, investor relations, or deal sourcing.
  • Familiar with financial modeling, business valuation, due diligence, and investment structuring.
  • Strong network in the UAE startup/VC ecosystem is a plus.
  • Knowledge of DIFC, ADGM, or UAE investment regulations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
