Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and performing E2E testing when required. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and performing E2E testing when required.Job ResponsibilitiesCreating tests at various levels, including functional, integration, smoke, stress, and performance. identify the testing scope by studying the retail policy change memo/document Prepare the relevant test cases for functional/smoke/stress testing of the scope Execute the tests and liaise with development team to explain and fix the issues Identify problems within a business, using data modeling techniques. Generate Testing reports and highlight the impact on the automation rates against the changes4 Ensure timely and quality delivery within project timelines To envisage and develop certification framework that can assess the impact of business logic changes in SAS decision Manager on the overall portfolio(based on historical data).It could be a combination of smoke, stress, functional testing for highlighting impact of configuration changes. Assess impact of business configuration changes on BAU processing and digital automation rates. Design and produce reports that can be shared with stakeholders highlighting the impact Create an SOP for certification of the business logic changes including the approval matrix , Impact report, issues encountered etc. Maintain the repository of change artifacts and releasing the same to Tech teams for productionization. Working together with dev team to ensure smooth production cutover Liaising with users to help them identify scenarios for verification of the changes. Liaising with the business users for any clarification of understanding. Standardize the TAT requirements for specific queries over time and communicate the same to the stakeholders. Periodically publish standard DM execution and exception handling reports to inform senior management and other concerned personnel. Raise defects and log RCAs. Bug triaging, and providing sign off to builds. Analyze user requirements and enhancement requests to deliver Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs as and when required. Coordinate and liaise with relevant parties for project related items.
