Support the developmentand production of the technical content of work instructions, forthe rectification of defects and damage, as well as theaccomplishment of operator maintenance programme requirements At atactical level lead and manage the Maintenance Support interfacewith Design Organisations and OEMs, Part 145 organisation(s),Reliability & Maintenance Programmes and all other keystakeholders, in order to deliver Maintenance Support capability tomeet contract delivery Manage and report back to DesignOrganisations and Suppliers, in support of all Maintenance Ensureany trends are identified, generate effective resolution, orsponsor escalation of trends to management as appropriate Supportthe development and production of Part 145 capability to beestablished within the On-Base environment to discharge theOperator Maintenance Programme requirements; and Technical contentof work instructions, for standard maintenance and therectification of defects and damage Qatar Support OrganisationPosition Profile Page 2 of 2 Support the assessment andaccomplishment of instructions for continued airworthiness, forboth airworthiness instructions and non-mandatory requirementsSupport the assessment, coordination of approval and accomplishmentof operator modification requirements Work with designorganisations, the maintenance tasking & verification team,Part 145 organisation, reliability and maintenance programmes andall other key stakeholders, in order to deliver the requiredstandards of continuing airworthiness and contract delivery Supportthe review and reporting on the effectiveness of technical enquirymanagement, including feedback to design organisations andsuppliers, across all responsible maintenance Support theidentification and escalation of any trends

Performance indicators Ensure the effectiveprovision of Maintenance Support activities by meeting deliverytargets and reporting any impact on Continuing Understand howindividual actions contribute to overall delivery performanceCompletion of activities Ensure all Maintenance Support activitiesare appropriately documented and airworthiness records aremaintained on relevant systems (IT / paper based). Compile requiredreporting, identify any issues and escalate as appropriateProcedure/standards Ensure all technical services activities complywith the CAME, its associated procedures and standards and anyother company procedures and standards, as Identify changes, asrequired Safety Management System Ensure human factors and errormanagement philosophies are applied to the support of technicalservices Aware of the risks associated with technical services andthe means by which they are mitigated and managed Management SystemAssurance Ensure technical services support activities arecompliant with the QAF governance and assurance Support processconfirmations and independent assurance audits, as required, andrespond appropriately to findings in a timely manner Statutory /Regulatory & Legislative requirements Able to demonstrate ageneral understanding of the application of the relevant continuingairworthiness regulatory Ensure compliance with all otherrequirements, ITAR, EaPW, ISO, Contractual Requirements Comply withall applicable contractual

Qualifications/Functional Knowledge A recognisedqualification to NVQ3/ONC level in a relevant technical discipline,or suitable Experience in a mixture of quality control andassurance roles Recent experience, to a level appropriate for theirrole, within a maintenance & support environment, includingdirect experience of supporting or maintaining fleets of aircraftAbility to analyse and interpret data Human factors course UKDriving licence
