Establish and align business principlesand objectives to the long-term security operational vision byapplying tactical guidance for various information securityoperating models.
Perform SOC maturityassessments and build precise roadmaps based on the goals andobjectives of the organization.
Provideclients with guidance during the Initial Operating Capability (IOC)through full operational capability (FOC) covering key aspects ofSOC domains such as business, process, governance, technology,people, and services.
Create and build on theconcept of operations (ConOps) in the pre-work stages thatstrategically prepares the client for successful implementation ofsecurity technology and operations.
Assistclients with recommendations in different advisory stages, such ascreating security operations strategy (SOC Charter), developingtraining programs, assisting with use case frameworkimplementation, developing standard operating procedures, andapplying service/integratedframeworks.
Possess the ability to identifythe client's problems and use common consulting managementskills such as facilitation, gap analysis, interviewing, andengaging in multiple workshops with keystakeholders.
