AnalystSenior Analyst

Overview:

TheStrategy and Consultancy division is looking to recruit anenthusiastic and hardworking analyst into its Education serviceline. The service line provides strategic advisory servicesincluding market and financial feasibility studies highest and bestuse (HBU) studies operator search and selection engagements andtransaction advice. The team primarily advises government andsemigovernment entities private education services providersdevelopers and institutionalinvestors.

Responsibilities:

• Assistwith report writing financial analysis and proposaldocuments.
• Maintain and update internaldatabases.
• Create and maintain accurate orderlyand uptodate files and records including computerfiles.
• Source and update secondary marketresearch.
• Conduct primary market research whererequired within the UAE and other regionalmarkets.
• Conduct site visits to assess projectsites.
• Compile data gathered into standardresearch reports using an appropriate and creativemethodology.
• Utilize statistical methods anddata visualization techniques to present findingseffectively.
• Undertake feasibility and highestand bestuse studies risk assessments and investmentappraisals.
• Understand the market dynamics andthe drivers of the education sector growth in the Middle East andAfrica.
• Understand and facilitate thedevelopment of financial models
• Keep abreast ofkey trends and developments within the education sector regionallyand globally in order to provide an informedopinion.
• Contribute to business developmentwhere possible and attend networkingevents.
• Promote Knight Frank at all relevantopportunities whether through business encounters or socialinteractions by showcasing Knight Frank as a leading authority inthe industry and positioning it as the preferred consultancy forprospective and existing Clients.
• Liaise withother internal departments to coordinate inputs for reports.Crosssell opportunities into regional and globalteams.
• Communicate fully with all stakeholdersand colleagues to ensure the delivery of tasks are managed in anefficient and professional manner.
• Ensurehighest quality standards in accordance with local andinternational standards.
• Build and maintaingoodwill confidentiality and trust with prospective and existingclients at all times in order to foster the professional image ofthe Partnership.
• Provide highqualityuserfriendly and value for money service.
• Othertasks as required.

Skills andQualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree in Education Real Estate Business Administration Finance ora related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience inreal estate or education advisory arepreferred.
• Strong quantitative and analyticalskills.
• Strong organizational andproblemsolving abilities.
• Clear and logicalthinker with welldeveloped reportwritingskills.
• Attention to detail and a high level ofaccuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
• Strong team player withthe ability to build relationships.
• Ability totake initiative and work proactively.
• Abilityto work through periods of highworkload.
• Ability to maintain confidentialityand handle sensitive information.
• Ability towork flexible schedules to ensure successful and timely delivery ofprojects.
• Understanding of regional businessculture and regulations.
• The ability tounderstand and make use of computers and information technology(Knight Frank internal systems).
• Certificationsand Licenses: MRICS is desired but notessential.
• Software: Microsoft Office programsto a proficient level. Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel isrequired.
• Language skills: Fluency in Englishwritten and verbal. Fluency in Arabic or other languages isadvantageous.
• Travel: Flexible attitude towardstravelling.
