Description:

ActalentInteriors division is looking to have a Space Plannerjoin our client in Washington, D.C. The program isfor the FMSCA (DOT offices throughout the country). Our client islooking for someone who can come in and manage their space plans,work with the client, and ensure the documents are being modifiedto scope. They will maintain all of the floor backgrounds for thefacilities/spaces, ensure that the CAD base building and furniturelayouts are kept-up-to-date.

This person willreview, analyze, and conduct research and draft correspondence inresponse to space requests. They will communicate the delivery ofspace and facilitate the installation of needed furniture andcommunications services and systems.

The idealperson will be someone who is comfortable in a heavy productionrole and is good with taking direction. Occasional U.S. Travel isRequired.

• 60% AutoCAD productionwork
• 30% Walkthroughs with the client andtaking measurements

Additional Skills& Qualifications:

• Must have BS degree -- architectureor interior design is preferred. CM or Engineering would beacceptable.
• Exposure and Understanding ofAutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Revit.
• Must haveexperience working with a government agency or on a governmentproject.
• 5-8yrs ofexperience
• Eligible to work in U.S.
