JobDescription: As a Hairstylist you will play a keyrole in providing professional hair care and styling services toour clients. From classic cuts to trendy hairstyles you will useyour creativity and expertise to deliver personalized servicestailored to each clients preferences and needs. KeyResponsibilities:

1. ClientConsultation:
   • Conduct thoroughconsultations with clients to understand their hair care needspreferences and lifestyle factors.
   • Provideexpert advice and recommendations on suitable haircuts stylescolors and treatments based on clients hair type face shape andskintone.
2. Haircuttingand Styling:
   • Perform a variety of haircutting and styling techniques including precision cuts layeringtexturizing and razor cutting.
   • Use professionaltools and equipment to achieve desired hair styles such as scissorsrazors clippers and stylingproducts.
3. HairColoring and Treatment:
   • Administer hair coloringservices including highlights balayage ombre and fullcolortreatments using professional hair colorproducts.
   • Recommend and apply hair treatmentssuch as conditioning treatments keratin treatments and hair masksto improve hair health andappearance.
4. HairExtensions and Specialized Services:
   • Offer hair extensionservices including installation blending and maintenance to clientsseeking length or volume enhancement.
   • Providespecialized services such as bridal hair styling event styling andhair straightening or curling treatments as requested byclients.
5. CustomerService and Client Retention:
   • Deliver exceptional customerservice and ensure a positive experience for clients from bookingto completion of services.
   • Build rapport withclients establish longterm relationships and encourage repeatbusiness through excellent service and personalizedrecommendations.
6. ProductKnowledge and Sales:
   • Stay updated on the latesthair care products tools and trends in theindustry.
   • Educate clients on proper hair caretechniques and recommend retail products for athomemaintenance.
   • Support retail sales efforts bypromoting salon products and achieving salestargets.
7. Sanitationand Cleanliness:
   • Adhere to salon sanitationand hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe workenvironment.
   • Sterilize and disinfect toolsequipment and workstations regularly to ensure compliance withhealth and safetyregulations.

Qualifications:

• Formaltraining and certification from a recognized cosmetology orhairstyling school.
• Minimum of 6 years ofexperience working as a hairstylist in a salonenvironment.
• Proficiency in a variety of haircutting styling and coloring techniques.
• Strongcustomer service skills and ability to communicate effectively withclients.
• Creativity attention to detail andpassion for the art of hairstyling.
• Validcosmetology license or hairstylist certification (if required bylocal regulations).
• Preferably from EuropeanCountries
