Role Overview
Our client, a leading Sharia-compliant real estate investment company in Dubai, is seeking a highly motivated Associate Vice President (AVP) – Real Estate Investment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, and asset management , with a strong track record of executing transactions. Experience in the US real estate market is highly preferred .
This role will focus on origination, underwriting, structuring, and execution of real estate transactions , primarily in core, core-plus, and opportunistic strategies across residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial sectors . The AVP will also support fundraising efforts, investor relations, and portfolio optimization .
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and execute real estate investment opportunities across key global markets, with a focus on the US .
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence to assess potential investments.
- Structure transactions in compliance with Sharia principles , working closely with legal and compliance teams.
- Lead deal negotiation, structuring, and documentation with sellers, lenders, and third parties.
- Monitor real estate market trends and provide insights on investment opportunities.
- Manage and optimize the performance of existing real estate assets to maximize returns.
- Oversee leasing, financing, and asset repositioning strategies .
- Work with property managers and JV partners to enhance asset performance.
- Support fundraising activities , preparing investment presentations and due diligence materials.
- Engage with institutional investors, family offices, and HNWIs to promote investment opportunities.
- Assist in the structuring and launch of Sharia-compliant real estate funds and investment vehicles.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all transactions comply with Sharia-compliant investment guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop exit strategies for existing investments.
- Work closely with legal, tax, and finance teams on deal structuring.
Salary: 40,000 AED per month + bonus + other company benefits
