Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, grills, refrigeration, dishwashers, etc.) Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues. Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards. Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports. Coordinate with kitchen teams and external service providers as needed. Requirements Proven experience as a Kitchen Equipment Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and electrical systems. Basic knowledge of refrigeration systems is an advantage. Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
