Black & Grey HR isrecruiting for one of the leading developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. OurClient is looking to hire a Manager - Stakeholder Managment to workwithin the Corporate & Stakeholder Engagement Team, tomaintain existing relationships with key external stakeholders(Governmental Entities,), and to deliver and create valuablebenefits in both design and
operation levels.The selectedcandidate will also manage the approvals of the design / shop Dwgs/inspections with all the project stakeholders and manage theirexpectations.
Responsibilitiesinclude -
- Responsible fordeveloping and fostering community relationships and supportingSenior Management as the public face of theorganization.
- Manage theinterface between project personnel and all external stakeholdersin an organized and systematic manner.
- Manage Consultants/Contractorsand all stakeholders to the highest levels in an organised andsystematic manner including all relevant authorities &monitor their complianceaccordingly.
- Manage/Followperiodic progress report presentations to ensure continuousengagement.
- Proactively buildstrategic alliances and coalitions with key stakeholders whose workis aligned with the organizationspriorities.
- Representorganizations interests by providing full support and guidance onall matters related to permitting & approvals for projectsfrom Design- Construction to HandingOver.
- Lead Stakeholderengagement for projects by developing approaches to engagement,collaboration, and innovation that create new value for the companyand society.
- Manage stakeholderoutreach initiatives, dialogue, and other forms of engagement tounderstand key concerns and interests. Proactively build strategicalliances and coalitions with key constituency groups whose workand missions are aligned with organizationspriorities.
- Maintain thoroughknowledge of planning processes required to coordinate with theAuthorities and government entities for clarifications,justifications and permitting by statutoryauthorities.
- Engage with ProjectManagers and Design Managers in planning & developingpermitting strategies for projects and facilitate risks mitigationstools to avoid projectdelays.

Requirements-12 years of post-graduate experience
- Bachelors degree in CivilEngineering
- Ability toconfidently and clearly communicate and write in both English andArabic is a MUST
- Have knowledgeand experience in dealing with the approval process for buildings,roads, and utility designs with the specific statutoryauthority/stakeholder in the UAE, specifically AbuDhabi;
- Have strong leadershipqualities and a track record ofdelivery;
- Continuously lookingfor innovations and improvements to manage workload and accomplishdeliverables across individuals, teams andprojects;
- Using leadershipskills to build and nurture relationships and creating effectiveworking environment;
Able tomanage multiple teams with diverse backgrounds on geographicallyand culturally diverseteams
