Job Description: Technical Consultant & Project Coordinator - Cybersecurity Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Consultant & Project Coordinator specializing in cybersecurity to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in email security, firewalls, endpoint security, and network security, combined with proven project coordination skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage projects, provide technical expertise to clients, and contribute to the overall success of our cybersecurity practice. Responsibilities Technical Consulting Provide expert-level consulting and support to clients on cybersecurity solutions, including email security, firewall management, endpoint protection, and network security. Conduct security assessments and vulnerability analysis, identify risks, and recommend appropriate solutions. Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity solutions based on client needs and industry best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cybersecurity infrastructure. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies. Develop and deliver technical presentations and training to clients. Project Coordination Manage cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate project activities with internal teams and external vendors. Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report on project status. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project documentation and ensure its accuracy and completeness. Other Responsibilities Contribute to the development of internal cybersecurity best practices and procedures. Participate in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and proposal development. Mentor and train junior team members. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on cybersecurity initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on email security, firewall management, endpoint protection, and network security. Proven experience in project coordination and management. Strong technical skills and knowledge of various cybersecurity technologies and platforms (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint security software, email security gateways). Experience with security assessment and vulnerability analysis tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
