We are hiring a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) for Critical Care in a leading hospital. This role is ideal for MBBS doctors who want to gain hands-on experience in ICU, emergency response, and critical patient management . As an RMO in Critical Care , you will work closely with intensivists and hospital teams to ensure timely and effective treatment for critically ill patients . Key Responsibilities Provide round‑time medical support in the ICU & Critical Care Unit . Monitor ventilated patients, life‑support systems, and emergency care protocols . Assist in intubation, resuscitation, and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) . Conduct clinical assessments, prescribe medications, and initiate treatment plans . Work closely with consultants, anesthetists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams . Ensure accurate documentation of patient history, progress, and treatment. Communicate with patients families regarding treatment plans and medical updates. Maintain strict adherence to hospital safety, infection control, and ICU protocols . Required Skills and Qualifications MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution . Valid medical registration/license (DHA/MOH/HAAD for UAE, MCI for India, GMC for UK, etc.). 1-3 years of hospital experience (ICU, CCU, or Emergency experience preferred). Strong knowledge of critical care procedures, ventilator management, and emergency medicine . Ability to work efficiently in high‑pressure ICU environments . Excellent clinical decision‑making and patient management skills . Strong teamwork and communication abilities . Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night duty, weekends, and holidays . Preferred Skills Experience in Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, or Anesthesiology . Certifications in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) . Knowledge of ABG analysis, central line insertion, dialysis support, and ICU monitoring systems . Work Environment On‑site role in a hospital Critical Care Unit (CCU) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) .
