Job Title: Senior Accounts & Finance Executive Location: DSO - Dubai Salary: AED 8,000 – 9,000 per month Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Accounts & Finance Executive to independently manage the finance and accounting function of our staffing business. The role requires strong hands‑on experience with Zoho Books, financial reporting, payables, receivables, and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Independently handle end‑to‑end accounting operations using Zoho Books. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including billing, collections, and vendor payments. Prepare monthly MIS, P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of ledgers.

Oversee payroll accounting, staff cost allocation, and related entries. Manage VAT filings, compliance, and documentation as per UAE regulations. Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits. Ensure timely closing of accounts and accurate financial reporting.

Maintain proper financial controls and documentation. Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision‑making. Required Experience & Skills 5 to 7 years of experience in accounts and finance, preferably within staffing, recruitment, or service‑based companies. Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books is mandatory.

Proven experience in handling audits and statutory compliance. Solid understanding of UAE VAT regulations. Advanced Excel skills and experience in MIS reporting. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CA Inter, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent are an advantage. Candidate Profile Experience in staffing or manpower supply companies. Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
