Our client a leading well established PRAgency is looking for a PR Account Director to join them in DubaiUAE. You enjoyleading and developing an account team helping to craft the skillsof rising stars.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary contact for theclient
  • Oversee all Public Relations programmingfrom concept/planning to activation; bring a valueadded approach toissues and projects
  • Implement programs thatresonate with diverse multicultural consumersegments
  • Build lead and develop engaged anddynamic teams; serve as an important mentor to mid and juniorlevelteam members fostering respect and collaboration within theteam
  • Deliver strategic engaging and persuasivepresentations to articulate ideas to clients colleagues and otherseffectively
  • Ability to balance multipleprojects/issues seamlessly; encourage effective delegation ofproject goals
  • Assess program effectivenessensuring ROI and efficient use of clientbudget
  • Accountable for quality control andreview of all planning decks recaps status reports work backschedules results vendor and partner contracts and overall projectmanagement

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a solid track record ofdeveloping and implementing coordinated Public Relations strategiesthat apply the full scope of the communications mix including mediarelations influencer outreach community partnerships and events.Experience working as part of an integrated marketing team whilehelping to lead crossagency work streams for local/regionalcampaigns is a priority.

  • 8 years ofrelevant work experience; agency experience in the consumer PRcategory is a requirement
  • Proven experiencerunning daytoday client service and project management of largemultichannel brands with a wide range of internal and externalstakeholders
  • Strong experience with both socialmedia and traditional media
  • Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills. Spanish speaker preferred but notrequired
  • Experience engaging with andpresenting to mid to seniorlevelclients
  • Outstanding judgment when working withdiverse media outlets team members client contacts andvendors
  • Very organized with unfailing attentionto detail
  • Handling Govt./Semi. Govt clients inthe UAE will be highly beneficial.
