JobDescription: The Senior Financial Analyst plays acritical role in the companys financial planning analysis andcorporate finance functions. This position is pivotal in drivingfinancial performance and supporting strategic initiatives acrossthe organization with a focus on forecasting budgeting financialmodelling and capital allocation. RESPONSIBILITIES


CorporateFinance
    • Conductfinancial due diligence feasibility studies and valuation analysesfor potential transactions including mergers acquisitions and otherinvestment opportunities.
    • Monitor and analyzethe companys capital structure including debt equity and liquiditymanagement to ensure optimal financialstability.
    • Assist in the preparation ofmaterials for board meetings investor presentations and otherstrategic communications.
    • Develop and maintaincomplex financial models that support capital allocation businessplanning scenario analysis and strategicdecisionmaking.
    • Participate in the developmentof longterm financial forecasts and strategic plans ensuringalignment with corporateobjectives.

DesiredSkill & Expertise: DESIRED SKILLS&EXPERTISE:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field; ACA ACCACIMA or CFA certification is preferred.
  • 5 yearsof experience in financial due diligence financial planning andanalysis corporate finance or a similarrole.
  • Experience in the real estate developmentor hospitality industry is highlypreferred.
  • Strong analytical skills withexpertise in financial modeling forecasting andbudgeting.
  • Indepth knowledge of IFRS accountingstandards and their application in financialreporting.
  • Proficiency in financial softwareand tools particularly Excel with the ability to handle complexdata analysis and modeling.
  • Advanced knowledgeof PowerPoint and data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
  • Excellent communication and presentationskills with the ability to translate complex financial data intoactionable insights for variousstakeholders.
  • High attention to detail withstrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiplepriorities simultaneously.
