1year contract Position: Fishing Assistant CompanyOverview: Star Services LLC is a leading provider of integratedfishing services in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. Our company iscommitted to providing highquality safe and sustainable fishingservices to our clients. We are currently seeking a FishingAssistant to join our team and support our operations. PositionOverview: The Fishing Assistant will work closely with the FishingCrew to assist in all aspects of fishing operations. This includespreparing and maintaining fishing equipment baiting hooks settingand retrieving fishing lines and cleaning and storing catches. Theideal candidate will have a passion for fishing and a strong workethic with the ability to work long hours and in various weatherconditions. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Fishing Crew inpreparing and maintaining fishing equipment including rods reelslines and bait Bait hooks and set and retrieve fishing lines Assistin cleaning and storing catches ensuring proper handling andstorage techniques are followed Maintain a clean and organized workarea on the fishing boat Follow all safety protocols and procedureswhile on the boat and handling equipment Communicate effectivelywith the Fishing Crew and other team members to ensure efficientand safe operations Assist in other tasks as needed such as boatmaintenance and repair to support the overall fishing operationsQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previousexperience in fishing or a related field preferred Basic knowledgeof fishing techniques and equipment Physically fit and able to worklong hours and in various weather conditions Strong communicationand teamwork skills Ability to follow instructions and workindependently Valid drivers license and ability to operate a boatis a plus Contract Details: This is a fulltime position with a1year contract. The working hours may vary and may include weekendsand holidays depending on fishing schedules. The successfulcandidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package.Location: This position is based in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates.The Fishing Assistant will be required to travel to various fishinglocations within the region.
