As the Superintendent, youwill be involved in a variety of tasks. The scope of work is toprepare the sitework, concrete pad, electrical trenching, piping,and the installation and fit-out of the building. Aside from theinitial project, they have a pipeline of Fort Myer, Fort Meade,Fort Belvoir, and Fort AP Hill which you could be transitioned ontoafter the completion of the initial project.

What you'll need tosucceed

  • Must be a USCitizen.
  • 10+ years experience running federalprojects as a Superintendent, high preference is working with theArmy Corp of Engineers or NAVFAC.
  • CQM and OSHAcertified.
  • Open to working on a 1099 or W2basis.

What you'll get inreturn

  • Base salaries inthe range of $90K - $130K depending on experience and whether 1099or W2.
