Role Description:

The Snr. Account Manager will be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi , United Arab Emirates and will maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. They will determine clients' technical requirements and craft technology solutions to meet those needs. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, upselling, developing business strategies, and collaborating with the sales and IT teams. You will manage all sales activities and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values, establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the assigned area, and contribute to the development of partners.

Senior connection across the UAE Federal and Local Government is a definite prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the Government vertical in Dubai/UAE that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  2. Handling the performance and development of all sales activities.
  3. Being proficient in selling solutions and managed services.
  4. Preparing action plans to generate sales leads and prospects effectively.
  5. Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to work effectively on leads.
  6. Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.
  7. Updating the Sales CRM on a daily basis.
  8. Maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted to partners and clients.
  9. Creating and conducting proposal presentations and RFP responses.
  10. Assisting the Pre-sales team in preparation of proposals and presentations.
  11. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
  12. Maintaining contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • BA, MBA preferred; Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in Technology sales management in the MENA region, predominantly promoting Microsoft Solutions Strong experience in selling Software Applications, Cloud, and Managed Services in the UAE.
  • Strong Account Management skills to maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Able to build trust, teambuilding, and leadership skills.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in Information Technology.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Presentability, with acceptable appearance.
  • Must be bilingual candidates who can speak Arabic and English fluently.
  • Proven experience in Technology Business Development and Sales in UAE or GCC.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in the technology or consultancy sector is a plus.
