Job Description A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Technical Analyst specializing in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) to join our team. The role involves analyzing and designing technical solutions aligned with ECM strategies to improve content management processes. The candidate will guide the integration of ECM systems with other business applications, ensuring they meet user needs and comply with company policies. The role requires identifying areas for improvement and providing innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes. Location: Onsite in Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements through information-gathering sessions with users, document understanding of business needs, and map them to SAP business processes. Implement ECM solutions and integrate them with relevant systems. Provide post-go-live support, handle enhancements, and resolve issues. Manage daily user issues related to business processes. Conduct ECM training for various roles within the organization. Train junior consultants to handle SAP Content Management. Design and implement enterprise-wide system architectures for ECM deployments, including sizing, scaling, installation, and configuration. Serve as an authority on architecting enterprise architecture to manage large volumes of content from sources like SAP data, email, documents, and images. Design and develop applications, forms, reports, and workflows using OpenText Content Server. Build and modify workflows, forms, reports, and taxonomy/metadata in OpenText Content Server to meet ongoing needs. Collaborate on requirements and solution design. Provide estimates and prepare technical specifications based on functional requirements. Design and code solutions following development standards. Perform quality checks on development outputs. Experience with capture (OCR) technologies. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems. Minimum of 9 years' experience in ECM with OpenText. At least 1 year of experience in S/4HANA end-to-end implementation. At least 2 years of SAP ECC project implementation experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
