We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to join our team in Dubai If you have a strong background in retail operations, team leadership, and sales growth , this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Growth : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets across all assigned stores. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to optimize sales performance.

Store Operations Management : Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all locations by enforcing company policies, SOPs, and operational standards. Monitor store performance and take proactive steps to enhance efficiency.

Team Leadership & Development : Lead, train, and motivate store managers and sales teams to maximize performance. Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and foster a positive work environment.

Customer Experience & Brand Representation : Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff on brand values, product knowledge, and service excellence. Address customer concerns and enhance overall shopping experiences.

Inventory & Merchandising : Oversee stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards across stores. Work closely with the buying and merchandising teams to optimize product availability.

Financial & Budget Management : Monitor and control expenses, ensuring profitability for all locations. Prepare sales reports, assess P&L statements, and implement cost-saving measures where needed.

Compliance & Standards : Ensure all stores adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and health & safety guidelines. Conduct audits and enforce corrective actions as necessary.

Market Expansion & Strategy : Identify opportunities for store expansion, partnerships, and local market adaptations to strengthen brand presence.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Cluster Manager, Area Manager, or similar role in retail
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and drive sales performance
  • Experience in merchandising and inventory management
  • A proactive and results-driven approach
