Our client awellknown Events organization in Abu Dhabi is currently looking fora Marketing Coordinator to join theirteam.


TheMarketing Coordinator will play a key role in supportingthe marketing and communications efforts promoting our diverserange of music and arts programs and events to audiences in the UAEand beyond. This role requires a creative thinker with strongorganizational skills and a passion for thearts.


Duties&Responsibilities

  • Assist in thedevelopment and implementation of marketing strategies andcampaigns to promote the companys programs events andinitiatives.
  • Coordinate theproduction of marketing materials including brochures postersflyers and digital content ensuring brand consistency andquality.
  • Manage thecompanys social media platforms including content creationscheduling and community engagement to increase brand awareness andaudienceengagement.
  • Support theplanning and execution of events and activations including artistperformances exhibitions workshops andconferences.
  • Monitor andanalyze the performance of marketing campaigns and activities andprepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas forimprovement.
  • Collaborate withinternal teams including program managers artists and designers toensure cohesive and effective marketingcommunications.
  • Maintain andupdate website and online platforms with relevant content andinformation ensuring accuracy andtimeliness.
  • Assist withmedia relations activities including drafting press releases mediapitches and responses to mediainquiries.
  • Conduct marketresearch and analysis to identify trends opportunities andcompetitor activities and provide recommendations for marketingstrategies.
  • Provide generaladministrative support to the marketing and communications teamincluding managing budgets processing invoices and maintainingdatabases.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degreein Marketing Communications Arts Management or a relatedfield.
  • 5 years ofexperience in marketing communications or arts administrationpreferably in the culturalsector.
  • Strong writtenand verbal communication skills with the ability to createcompelling content for different audiences andchannels.
  • Proficiency indigital marketing tools and platforms including social mediamanagement email marketing and website content managementsystems.
  • Excellentorganizational skills and attention to detail with the ability tomanage multiple projects and deadlineseffectively.
  • Creative thinkerwith a passion for the arts and a willingness to explore innovativemarketingapproaches.
  • Ability to workboth independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environmentwith a positive attitude and a commitment toteamwork.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud applications ispreferred.
