We are looking for an Automated System Architect who can design, integrate, and validate complex systems that combine hardware, embedded software, and cloud components. The ideal candidate understands both architecture and hands-on testing, ensuring robust and scalable products. Responsibilities: Define and document system architecture across hardware, embedded software, and Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and interface definitions. Support hardware schematic design, PCB reviews, simulations, and prototype evaluations. Perform or guide hardware testing: electrical verification, thermal characterization, debug, validation of prototypes, and compliance checks. Design software/integration architecture (APIs, communication protocols, microservices where relevant). Support CI/CD, DevOps practices, automation, and integration workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HW, SW, QA, testing, manufacturing). Contribute to automated validation setups, including Robot Framework. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar. 5+ years in system engineering, architecture, embedded systems, or electronics. Strong understanding of both hardware and software architecture. Experience with schematic design, PCB fundamentals, and hardware testing/validation. Software skills: Python / C / C++, REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, Docker/Kubernetes. Experience with test automation tools (incl. Robot Framework). Travelling to different project sites; Interaction with cross-functional engineering teams in the company; Take ownership of critical design issues; Working on multiple projects at one time. Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities. Roadmap Predictability: Ratio of committed vs. delivered features over time. Cross-Team Dependency Resolution Time: Avg time to resolve blocking issues between teams. Change Management Roadmap Volatility: % of roadmap items added, removed, or significantly changed per quarter. Change Approval Lead Time: Avg time from change request to approval on roadmap. Feature Validation KPIs Adoption & Usage Feature Adoption Rate: % of active users using the new feature within a given period. Time to Adoption: Avg days until 50% of target users adopt the feature. Feature Retention Rate: % of users who continue using the feature after 30/60/90 days. User Experience & Feedback Feature Satisfaction Score (FSAT): User feedback score on a per-feature basis. Net Promoter Score (NPS) Change Post-Release: Impact of new features on NPS trend. Support Tickets per Feature: Number of bug or issue reports per new feature release. Performance & Quality Bug Rate Post-Release: # of defects reported within first X days after deployment Rollback Frequency: % of features needing rollback or hotfix post-release. Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR): Avg time to fix critical post-release issues. Business Impact Conversion/Uplift Rate: % improvement in key conversion or engagement metric post-feature release. Churn Reduction Impact: % reduction in churn attributed to new feature. Combined Strategic KPIs If the product’s mission is to bridge roadmap planning with validation, these aggregate both sides: Validated Feature Ratio: % of delivered features that met predefined success criteria (usage, satisfaction, ROI).
