  • A valid Well Controlcertification.
  • A minimum of 5 years ofexperience in deep drilling, with 3000HP deep drilling experiencepreferred.
  • Strong leadership and communicationskills.
  • Excellent problem-solvingabilities.
  • The ability to work effectively in afast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Acommitment to safety and a proactive approach to hazardidentification and mitigation.
  • Flexibility towork night shifts and on a rotational schedule asneeded.
