You are the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring that every club runs efficiently, profitably, and in full alignment with our brand and member experience standards. You are the operations backbone for the region, ensuring facilities run smoothly, teams stay accountable, and new clubs open on time and on standard. From managing vendors and landlords to leading audits, approving expenses, and supporting new builds - you make sure every operational detail supports the bigger picture. What You Are Responsible For Club Operations: consistency, quality, and crisis management across all clubs Leadership & People: developing Club Managers and frontline teams Financial Discipline: budgets, invoices, and cost control Scaling & Growth: new builds, licensing, and regional readiness Administration: regulatory compliance and reporting Club Operations Oversee the daily rhythm of operations, including opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures. Ensure recovery systems, hygiene, and member experience standards are consistently met. Handle escalations promptly, including member complaints and service recovery. Lead weekly meetings with Club Managers to review operational issues, performance, and priorities. Standardize processes across clubs to maintain one consistent operating model. Crisis & Administration Manage serious incidents, member complaints, and blacklisting where required. Act as the central point for crisis management and operational escalations. Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements. People Management Recruit, train, and manage Club Managers, Guest Experience, and Café teams. Conduct quarterly appraisals and drive performance improvement where needed. Support and develop high-performing staff while addressing underperformance quickly. Supervise shift leads to ensure rosters are fair, efficient, and fully staffed. Promote customer service excellence through clear SOPs, training, and coaching. Act as the next line of escalation after Club Managers, maintaining open communication with all staff. Facilities & Procurement Manage procurement of supplies and liaise with vendors (e.g., laundry, cleaning, café). Coordinate with service providers (e.g., electricians, aircon technicians, contractors) to ensure facilities remain operational. Oversee landlord relationships and lease-related obligations. Monitor and control operational costs, including laundry, utilities, and maintenance. Lead regular facilities and cleanliness audits to ensure high standards. Track and manage labour costs, retail cost of goods sold, and general operational expenses. Provide oversight to ensure Club Managers are effectively managing their budgets. Approve invoices and expenses from suppliers and internal teams. Scaling & Growth Support the COO with new builds, ensuring project timelines and operational readiness are met. Prepare systems and teams for new club launches, ensuring readiness for opening day. Ensure new managers and staff can adopt existing processes seamlessly. Work closely with the COO to implement systems that can scale regionally. What Success Looks Like Clubs run smoothly and consistently across all locations. Members experience safe, clean, and excellent service on every visit. Costs are managed responsibly at both club and regional levels. Club Managers are well-supported, aligned, and accountable for performance. Staff are well-trained, motivated, and confident in service delivery. Facilities remain fully operational with minimal downtime. Crisis situations are handled swiftly, with minimal disruption to members. #J-18808-Ljbffr
