Service Specialist I-WellDynamics

- Hire, train, and assess the performance ofworkers
- Setproduction goals and devise a strategy to achievethem.
- Maintain the productionschedule.
- Ensure that the products meet qualitystandards.
- Produce productionreports.
- Analyze production data to improveefficiency.
- Control the layout of equipment and the flow ofmaterials.
- Ensure that workers and equipment meet performance andsafetystandards.
- Keep an eye out for hiccups in the process and look forways to improveoperations.
- Employees should be supervised and giventasks.
- Communicate with other departments, suchas the financial department to create budgets, the human resourcesdepartment to hire new employees, and the logistics department toensure product delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelors degreein manufacturing, business, or engineering ispreferred.
- Prior experiencein management or manufacturing is preferred.
- Excellentcommunication and organizational abilities
- Excellentinterpersonal and team-building abilities.
- Strong leadershipabilities and the ability to manage members of cross-functionalteams.
- Manufacturingtechnical competencies (e.g., technical drawings, blueprints,CAD/CAM)
- Knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel and other industry software.
