Responsibilities
- Designworldclass product experiences for our web apps and the mobileapp
- Collaborate with our Product EngineeringResearch Marketing and Customer Success teams to execute theproduct roadmap (new features and iterations) create marketing andpromotional material and support other businessrequirements
- Work closely with Engineering toensure highquality execution of the product vision and userrequirements
- Help improve design processesupdate/maintain style guides and put in place design systems thatscale across our products web andmobile
- Conduct user studies run focus groupsand do whatever it takes to research and build the right experiencefor our users
- Collaborate with a team of 23designers via design reviews design critique and design sprintplanning
- Work closely with Visual designer andcontent writer in creating assets required for promotion productand events
Skills& Experience
- 35years of design experience with a strong portfolio of products thathave shipped
- Strong UX design and visual designskills
- Very good grip in working tools likeFigma Sketch Adobe XD Framer Illustrator
- Goodknowledge of frontend developement technology stack: HTML5JavaScript CSS/SASS Styled components ResponsiveInterfaces
- Great presentation and communicationskills to get the team onboard with yourvision
- Obsession with users who they are andhow they use the product to create the best experience for them;knowlededge of tools like Mixpanel and Amplitude is going to be ahuge advantage.
- Bias for action with a focus onmeasurable results ship highquality releases take feedback fromusers apply learnings refine the productrepeat.
- Experience building products for mobileand web platforms
- Ability to thrive in startupswith fastpaced environment and take ownership for working throughambiguity
