About The NationalGraduate Training Programme

Ourgraduate training programmes offer Emirati graduates theopportunity to kick-start their careers with The Emirates Group.This unique position will give you the chance to representdifferent brands within The Emirates Group, such as Commercial,SkyCargo, dnata, and Airport Operations.

Youwill be The Group’s Ambassador in our differentdestinations across the globe. Our programmes are tailor-made toembrace and develop your talents and enhance your capabilitiesacross different specialist areas.

ProgramHighlights

  • 24 to 36 Months of ComprehensiveTraining: This dynamic and unique programme offers you theopportunity to immerse yourself in the programme, rotating throughthe different outstation roles. Although there is no option tochoose your location, this exciting overseas placement has thepotential to extend up to 6 enriching years, where you will explorenew cultures and experience a fulfilling and rewarding journey.During this time, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience andbuild a versatile skillset. Your placement locations will beconfirmed as per business needs. Hence, we are seeking individualswho possess the flexibility and will thrive in changingenvironments.
  • International Placements:Experience work assignments in various countries, broadening yourhorizons and deepening your understanding of globalmarkets.

Qualifications&Experience

WhoWe're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's orMaster's degree holders with a strong academicrecord
  • GPA 2.8 orabove
  • IELTS Score 6 and above or EMSAT English1400 or TOEFL 550 (or willing to retake the assessment, ifsuccessful)
  • UAE Nationality (Passport &Khulasat Al Qaid)
  • Age between 21 -27
  • Team Players: Collaborative individuals whothrive in multicultural environments.

Recruitment ProcessAnd Timeline

  • Emirates Group is committed tocultivating UAE National talent with a robust Emiratisationstrategy that offers numerous growth and developmentpathways.
  • Your application journey begins byapplying via the Emirates Careers website. Please ensure to submita complete application and attach all required documents. OurRecruitment Team will then review your profile, and if you meet thecriteria for this programme, you’ll be invited to attendan in-person group assessment at EmiratesHQ.
  • Following the group assessment, ifshortlisted, you will then be invited to complete psychometrictests and to attend an in-person interview/assessment with ourhiring managers. If you are successful at this stage, yourrecruiter will reach out to you with an offer, and then ourOnboarding team will ensure a smooth transition to your new role atEmirates Group.
