WHATARE WE HIRING?

We are looking foran intern to join our Customer Support TeamYou will collaborate in a positive team environmentto learn how to provide outstanding customer service. This positionis for a professional internship and will be remunerated with aninternship scholarship.
WHAT WILL YOUDO?

  • Learn how to bethe point of contact for IoT support and salesteams;
  • Learn how to take responsibility overgenerating and monitoring technical supporttickets;
  • Develop documentation of supportprocesses and procedures;
  • Learn how to trainlocal support teams, commercial teams, and customers inneed;
  • Apply your knowledge of electricalsystems, products, components, andapplications;
  • Develop strong workingrelationships with the customer success, research, and businessdevelopment teams;
  • Integrate an InnovativeCompany with a great team spirit and in which you will be able tolearn and present your ideas.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKINGFOR?

  • Degree or Masters Degree (could be currently studying) in Electronics, Engineering,Information technology or similar;
  • Someone withinterest in the study, of software, hardware, network interfaceconfiguration, and IoT devices;
  • Someone withinterest in working as a support technician and with customerservice;
  • Someone with a creative and innovativemindset;
  • Eligibility for IEFPinternship;
  • Bi-lingual withEnglish;
  • Based in Portugal, Lisbondistrict.
