Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Liaison: Manage day-to-day communications directly with senior stakeholders at the client, ensuring clear, timely, and effective correspondence.
  2. Vendor Management: Coordinate and maintain productive relationships with external vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery of all deliverables.
  3. Project Management: Oversee the successful execution of media campaigns and projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
  4. Administration: Handle all administrative tasks related to the client account, including invoicing, reporting, and documentation.
  5. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the contract, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
  6. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates to internal teams and senior management on project status, timelines, and client feedback.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal departments such as editorial, creative, and production teams to ensure client deliverables are met and expectations are exceeded.
  8. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and ensure a smooth experience for clients purchasing experiences with Mastercard, ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages of their journey.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in account management, preferably in the media, publishing, or advertising sectors.
  2. Strong understanding of managing high-profile, long-term contracts and building strong, lasting client relationships.
  3. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple vendors, deadlines, and client expectations effectively.
  5. Experience working directly with senior-level client contacts, including familiarity with handling complex client needs.
  6. Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
  7. High attention to detail with strong administrative skills.
  8. Strong proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
