This role is pivotal in shaping next-generation AI solutions that combine precision, scalability, and innovation. Detailed Job Description As a Senior AI Engineer / Architect, you will lead the design and deployment of advanced AI frameworks, including Agentic AI, RAG, and multimodal LLM solutions. You will architect robust AI/ML infrastructures on Azure or OpenShift, optimize GPU inferencing pipelines, and ensure fairness and explainability through rigorous evaluation frameworks. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate with clinicians and product leaders to integrate AI into real-world workflows. ✅ Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy Agentic AI, RAG, GraphRAG, and LLM-based multimodal chatbot solutions from POC to production. Lead and mentor AI engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence. Architect and manage AI/ML infrastructure on Azure or On-Prem Openshift using Kubernetes. Optimize GPU inferencing pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput model serving. Define model evaluation frameworks ensuring explainability, fairness, and transparency. Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) and enforce modern CI/CD workflows. Implement and optimize Knowledge Graphs (TigerGraph, Neo4j) and LLMs for complex biomedical data modeling. Apply Reinforcement Learning (RL) models to power Clinical Decision Support Systems. Collaborate cross-functionally with clinicians, data scientists, and product teams using FHIR/HL7 standards. Required Qualifications & Skills 6+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science with proven success in delivering impactful solutions. Hands-on experience deploying ML models in Kubernetes production environments. Expertise in GPU inferencing, model optimization, and performance tuning. Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and pandas. Deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, and Agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, MCP, A2A, Microsoft Agentic Framework). Experience with Knowledge Graphs (TigerGraph, Neo4j) and Reinforcement Learning. Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing (pytest, unittest, pydantic), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Healthcare data familiarity (FHIR/HL7) is a major advantage. ✨ Nice-to-Have Skills Advanced certifications in AI/ML or cloud architecture. Experience with multimodal AI and generative models. Knowledge of privacy-preserving AI and compliance frameworks. Exposure to biomedical ontologies and semantic data modeling. Strong background in AI ethics and governance.
