  • Able to read Building, AirConditioning, Refrigeration, Plumbing and Drainagedrawings.
  • Able to diagnose and repair faults inA/C and Refrigeration control systems.
  • Expertknowledge and understanding of Air Conditioning installations andsystems within modern building BMSetc.
  • Experience and knowledge of troubleshooting systems related to A/C andRefrigeration
  • Good practical skills capable ofthe installation and maintenance ofFCU.
  • Actuator valves and should be conversantwith copper plumbing system.
  • Maintain alltools, equipment, and working areas in goodcondition.
  • Keep your technical trainingknowledge and skills up to date.
  • Familiar withplanned preventive maintenance and safetyprogrammes.
  • Works closely with other departmentto assist in their job when requested by hissupervisor.
