About The Position The Runner for Limousine Services is responsible to support the Limousine Services team by ensuring timely coordination of guest transportation logistics, vehicle readiness, and service delivery. This role plays a key part in maintaining the smooth operation of luxury transport services and upholding Wynn’s commitment to excellence and discretion. Responsibilities Assist with the dispatch and coordination of limousine vehicles for guest pick-up and drop-off. Ensure vehicles are clean, stocked, and ready for service according to brand standards. Escort guests to and from vehicles, providing courteous and professional service. Communicate effectively with chauffeurs, bell desk, and guest services to ensure seamless transport experiences. Monitor guest schedules and anticipate transportation needs. Support the team in managing luggage handling and special requests. Deliver personalized service with discretion and attention to detail. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests related to transportation. Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times. Uphold privacy and safety protocols for VIP and high-profile guests. About You High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in hospitality, transportation, or guest services. Valid UAE driver’s license and PDP is a must. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑touch environment. Professional demeanor and commitment to luxury 5 star Forbes service standards. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
