We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cosmetic Dentist. The candidate must be MOH Registered and Licensed . They must possess at least 3 to 5 years of UAE work experience. A cosmetic dentist focuses on enhancing the appearance of patients' smiles. Responsibilities include teeth whitening, veneers, crowns, and other aesthetic treatments. They diagnose and plan cosmetic procedures, collaborate with dental specialists, and stay updated on industry trends. Strong communication skills are essential for discussing treatment options with patients and ensuring their satisfaction. A cosmetic dentist should also prioritize patient comfort and maintain a high standard of dental care.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Consultations : Conduct consultations to understand patients' cosmetic concerns and discuss potential treatment options.
  • Diagnosis and Treatment Planning: Assess oral health, identify cosmetic issues, and develop personalized treatment plans to address aesthetic concerns.
  • Cosmetic Procedures : Perform a range of cosmetic dental procedures, such as teeth whitening, veneers, bonding, and contouring, to enhance the appearance of patients' smiles.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with other dental specialists, such as orthodontists or oral surgeons, when necessary for comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Patient Education : Educate patients on different cosmetic procedures, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Technology Utilization: Stay updated on advancements in cosmetic dentistry technology and incorporate innovative tools and techniques into practice.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of care and precision during cosmetic procedures to achieve optimal results while prioritizing patient safety.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with patients to address their concerns, explain treatment options, and manage expectations regarding cosmetic outcomes.
  • Records Management: Keep detailed records of patient consultations, treatment plans, and procedures for documentation and future reference.
  • Continuing Education: Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and research in cosmetic dentistry through ongoing education and professional development.
  • Patient Follow-Up: Conduct post-treatment follow-ups to monitor patients' progress, address any concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with the cosmetic results.
  • Adherence to Ethical Standards : Uphold ethical standards in dental practice, ensuring honesty, transparency, and confidentiality in all interactions with patients.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to create a supportive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Cosmetic Dentist.
  • MOH License (or Eligibility) as a Cosmetic Dentist.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A pleasant and compassionate personality with the ability to make patients feel comfortable.
  • Patient-focused with good relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Education

  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree or Equivalent.
