This involves developing plans and designs according to engineering standards and construction regulations; supervising on‑site operations; ensuring safety protocols are followed; meeting deadlines; monitoring costs and quality control; participating in meetings with clients or contractors; preparing progress reports; providing technical guidance to team members; and staying up‑to‑date with new technologies and processes in the industry. Qualifications & Skills The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field, with minimal work experience. The candidate should understand engineering principles, building codes and regulations, and have excellent problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with CAD software is beneficial.
