The HR Intern will assist with tasks related to employee visas, work permits, and immigration documentation. The role focuses on helping the team process and track visa applications and ensuring all documents are in order.

Responsibilities:

  • Support for Labour Contract Renewal
  • Support for Settlement
  • Coordinate with shop and staff to process for cancellation and renewals
  • HRMS system update (passport details, residence and Labour Contract details)
  • Maintain records of employee visa information
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to the visa process

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of visa processes and immigration laws is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Gain hands-on experience in HR administration and visa processing.
  • Develop an understanding of international labor laws and immigration regulations.
  • Improve communication and documentation skills.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
