Key Tasks andResponsibilities:

  • Maintains master log for P&E(Plant & Equipment), Scaffolding, HVE (High Value TestEquipment) and Consumables as per projectrequirements
  • Raises Purchase Requisitions (PR)according to project requirements, using company software (SPMAT,ORACLE)
  • Raises Service Requisition (SR)according to project requirements, using company software (ORACLE),through a SWO (Service Work Order) for utilities and HER (HireEquipment’s on Rental) forequipment
  • Maintains a log of calibrationcertification, hire equipment, AMR (Additional Material Request)and FTM (Field Transfer Material)
  • Check allcontainer’s, loose material and equipment’sprior to mobilizing to offshore with Project Supervisor andcomplete MAN (Material Acceptance Note) which has to be signed andrecorded
  • Ensure reconciliation of all materialsand equipment after projectcompletion
  • Completes RTS process (Return ToStore) for construction consumables and project material afterproject completion.
  • Provides effectivecommunication across all related McDermott departments asbelow:
    • Co-ordinates with Supply Chain Managementto confirm ordered materials and construction consumables arereceived (including medicine andstationery)
    • Co-ordinates with Rental departmentto confirm hired equipment is available on requesteddates
    • Co-ordinates with Logistic department totransfer material by road, by air or by sea. Follow up withlogistic requirements./. documentation required to send materials(SWO, COO, CDE/CIPL, Inbound documentsetc.)
  • While stationedOffshore onboard construction vessel:
    • Ensuresvalid certificates are available for allequipment.
    • Maintains inventory log at offshoresite location
    • Ensure stock levels aremaintained to suit project and AMR to be raised accordingly fordifference
    • Cargo manifests are required to beneat and have correct clear description and quantities ofitems
    • Ensure Field Transfer Material (FTM) israised material post onshore / offshorecampaign
    • Establishes good communication withoffshore lead and basemanagement

EssentialQualifications and Education:

  • High school diploma orequivalent
  • Familiarity with computer softwareand MS Office
  • Good understanding of the Englishlanguage
  • Effective communication skills, bothverbal and written
  • Compliance with McDermottsafety and ethics standards
  • Basic understandingof HSE/quality principles and theirapplication
  • Ability to work in ateam
  • Flexibility andadaptability
