Resourcing Coordinator, MENA (UAE National preferred)

Resourcing is evolving to introduce a new global recruitment technology solution along with a new operating model and structure. This will improve the recruitment experience for hiring managers and candidates and we aim to increase internal career opportunities for all employees. We are the first point of contact for internal and external customers and therefore we need a focus on understanding our performance data as well as delivering an excellent service. Resourcing Coordinator role is a vital part of the Resourcing team. Responsible for efficiently and effectively completing Resourcing administration processes for new hires and internal moves, including hardcopy CV management and system updating, offer letter and contract coordination, pre-employment verification co-ordination with GPS.

Key Responsibilities

Business

  • Initiating contact with Candidates to establish precise onboarding requirements.
  • Meet turnaround times and quality standards regarding contract management and Resourcing related Right Start pre-employment activities (e.g. issuing induction packs, ensuring timely creation of Bank ID), in line with global standards and service level agreements.
  • Escalate any issues and risks, as appropriate so that they can be appropriately tracked and managed.
  • Build on Sourcing pipeline to drive Localization targets.

Processes

  • Support (Senior) Resourcing Managers / Specialists in updating JRs.
  • Provide assessment / selection administrative support, as required e.g. candidate set up, pulling candidate profiles.
  • Ensuring all the required documents are provided by the candidates and follow up where required.
  • Support relevant Resourcing Managers/Specialists in organizing assessment days and booking careers fairs, as required.
  • Ensuring Taleo data is always correct in order to ensure reports generated are accurate and up to date.
  • Providing information to HM's and other key stakeholders.
  • Working with the relevant screening teams to ensure candidate's screening is successfully completed.
  • Request offer letters in conjunction with (Senior) Resourcing Specialists/Managers.

Qualifications

Education

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Track record of working successfully in a very organized way, multi-tasking, prioritising, managing data, and setting and achieving deadlines.
  • Able to deal with a high volume of work, remaining positive when working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • An excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Flexible and customer focused approach.
  • Good written and verbal skills (sound grammar and attention to detail in written communication).
  • A strong ability and desire to work as and be part of a team.
  • Able to think laterally / solve problems.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Office).

Training

  • Knowledge of / exposure to relevant employment legislation (e.g. data protection).
  • Knowledge of HR databases (e.g. SF).
  • Proven experience in working in a complex matrix, with a broad base of cultures, dealing with demanding and fast-paced client groups.

Languages

  • Arabic and English.
