  • Collaborate intensively withsystems implementers and business stakeholders to comprehensivelyunderstand business requirements related to Budgeting andConsolidation processes, reporting, compliance, andanalysis.
  • Ensure proposed solutions align withindustry best practices, leveraging extensive experience tovalidate and challenge recommendations and strategies related toEPM systems.
  • Drive continuous improvementinitiatives, identifying opportunities for optimisation andefficiency enhancement within the EPM system.

The SuccessfulApplicant

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting,Information Technology, or a closely relatedfield
  • 15 years of professional experience, withat least 7 years dedicated specifically to finance, ERP systems,and related transformations.
  • Proven trackrecord of successfully managing and contributing to majortransformation programs within the financedomain.
  • Demonstrated expertise in working as akey EPM Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Analyst for a minimum of twomajor SAP or Oracle Fusion transformationprograms.
  • Proven ability to lead and executefinancial process improvements and ERP system enhancements,demonstrating in-depth knowledge of financialoperations.
  • Knowledge of regulatoryrequirements and compliance standards relevant to finance and ERPsystems.
  • Proven ability to ensure thatfinancial processes and reporting mechanisms within the ERP systemadhere to these standards
